The legal action was filed on October 10th at the UK High Court, where Wright is acting as a 'litigant in person,' meaning he has not hired legal representation for the case.
While the specifics of the lawsuit are yet to be revealed, Wright's move has attracted attention. Additionally, he made legal threats involving MicroStrategy on the X platform, although it remains unclear if these are related to the lawsuit against BTC Core and Square.
In other legal pursuits, Craig Wright is also engaged in three appeals in the UK, two of which target the Cryptocurrency Open Patent Alliance (COPA). These ongoing legal battles highlight Wright's contentious position within the cryptocurrency community.
