Hyperliquid, a Layer 1 blockchain platform, is on the verge of a significant milestone with the launch of its native token, HYPE. Scheduled for November 29th at 07:30 UTC, the genesis event will see the distribution of 310 million HYPE tokens.

This event marks a substantial step towards achieving full decentralization of the Hyperliquid platform, with HYPE tokens playing a pivotal role in both operational and trading activities.

The HYPE token will also be instrumental in securing the HyperBFT consensus mechanism, reflecting its importance in the underlying blockchain technology and governance.
