This achievement comes after the platform successfully executed an airdrop of tokens, which are currently valued at nearly $3 billion. The distribution was targeted at users who had accumulated points through trading activities.
As a result of this strategic airdrop, Hyperliquid now claims almost half of the decentralized perpetual swaps trading volume. This demonstrates the growing impact and adoption of Hyperliquid in the decentralized finance ecosystem, as well as the increasing value users place on its HYPE token.
