Crypto Expert Arthur Hayes Says Bitcoin Has Found Its Local Bottom – But Can It Hold This Level?

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, believes Bitcoin has reached its local bottom at around $58,600 and won't fall below again soon. He predicts a possible rally above $60,000 and range-bound action until August.
