American investment firm BlackRock has become the largest issuer of spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) in terms of Assets Under Management (AUM). Eric Balchunas, a Senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, highlighted that the BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) is well ahead of its global counterparts.
Despite IBIT’s strong position, there are speculations about potential competition from Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF (FBTC) in the near future.
