Bitfarms Ltd. and Riot Platforms Inc. have recently signed a settlement agreement, effectively ending their previous corporate conflict. The resolution comes after Riot Platforms acquired a 9.25% stake in Bitfarms, thereby becoming its largest shareholder.
As a part of the new agreement, Bitfarms co-founder Andrés Finkielsztain has resigned from the company's board of directors. The settlement is considered beneficial for both entities involved.
