Ryan Salame, the former FTX executive, has decided to withdraw his legal request from a New York court. The initial request aimed to compel the government to abide by the conditions of his plea deal with prosecutors.
Salame had also sought to have his plea thrown out and his sentence vacated. He was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison back in May.
