Binance founder Changpeng Zhao was released from a U.S. correctional facility in California after serving four months in jail. Zhao was sentenced for failing to implement an anti-money laundering program at Binance exchange.
In addition to his jail time, Zhao paid a $50 million personal fine, while Binance was fined $4.3 billion. Shortly after his release, Zhao posted a simple 'gm' (good morning) to the crypto community on social media.
