The U.S. Department of Justice has made a final call for victims of the 2016 Bitfinex hack to come forward by November 13. In this incident, around 120,000 BTC were stolen, impacting many individuals.
A dedicated website has been launched by the DOJ to facilitate this process, allowing victims to submit their details.
This effort allows individuals to assert their rights under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and present statements of the losses they experienced during the hack.
