Do Kwon Extradition: Montenegro Court Upholds Ruling, US or South Korea Awaits ⚖️

A court in Montenegro has upheld the extradition ruling against Do Kwon, the founder of Terra Labs, confirming that he will be extradited. Both the United States and South Korea have submitted requests for his extradition, competing to bring him for trial in their respective countries.

This decision places the responsibility on a Montenegrin minister to determine which nation will ultimately receive Do Kwon. The Montenegrin Constitutional Court unanimously rejected an appeal by Kwon, sealing his extradition fate.
