Former FTX executive Ryan Salame has claimed that the government backtracked on its plea deal assurances. According to Salame's counsel in a recent filing, the authorities had promised to stop investigating his domestic partner, Michelle Bond, who is the CEO of ADAM, in exchange for his cooperation.
However, despite these assurances, the government has resumed its investigation into Bond. This move has led Salame to believe that the government has failed to honor the terms of their agreement.
