DEXX clarified that some users are not receiving their funds due to issues like not having a secure wallet or not having staked their NFT. They received 863 inquiries but confirmed only 152 are genuine, indicating duplicates slow the process.

DEXX urges users to ensure they meet all prerequisites like wallet security and NFT staking before contacting support for any issues.
